Delivery Information

Orders placed are dispatched the very next working day. Please see below for delivery charges based on your country. Please allow a full 7 days after receiving your invoice, for delivery. We expect it to arrive to you sooner, but sometimes there are delays. If your order hasn’t arrived after this period, get in touch. Have your order reference (shown on your invoice emailed to you) at hand.

Note: we do not deliver to PO boxes and hotels.

We wish to give you the best service possible but if we can foresee an unavoidable delay we will contact you in the first instance to explain why there is a delay and advise you further.

Cancellations and 30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? Not a problem. You’ll find we are very flexible, with a full 30-day money-back guarantee.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Mary Jean order, you may return any item purchase in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days from taking delivery. If an item you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please get in touch: enquiry@maryjean.co.uk.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require an order reference number. This reference number is found on your invoice emailed to you and also sent with your order. You will be responsible for paying for delivery costs for returning an item.

We do not refund your delivery costs.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • any item that is returned later than our 30 day money back guarantee

If you have purchased an Mary Jean® product from a retailer or distributor please contact them or refer to their own website for their returns policy.

Damaged Items

If an item is clearly broken or damaged (such as a glass item) on opening the package, read the following three instructions:

  • take several high resolution photos of the contents of the package using a camera or your smart phone
  • after capturing images of the damaged item, email those files to us with “Damaged Item” in the subject line
  • dispose of broken or damaged item safely, do not attempt to use or return to us

Include your full details such as your name and address and a contact telephone number. If you are unable to provide us your details we will process your complaint no further.

We will be in touch to acknowlege your complaint and to either send you replacements at no cost to yourself, or offer a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or complaint addressed), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.
