1. Your Account

Shopping with Mary Jean is not dependent on you registering for an account - you can shop as normal without one however a registered account may be required to use some of our services, such as product reviews.

You accept responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your account password and it remains secret and no unauthorised access is permitted. You also accept responsibility for all activities under your account and the use of your password.

You must inform us if you believe or are lead to believe that your password has been discovered or otherwise compromised. You must maintain that account details, such as your address, are correct and up to date.

We may review and edit as appropriate your content submitted to our website first before publication. We reserve the right to refuse to publish and to remove submitted content without prior notice. We reserve the right to block access to your account without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Ordering

Prices payable for products are clearly shown on website inclusive of Vat - however note prices shown are exclusive of delivery costs. All products are subject to availability. Non availability is normally shown next to each product and when attempting to add an item to your basket.

Currently we only accept orders from the UK and only then where customer details are correct and complete. Payment is at the time of an order and not necessarily at the time of dispatch - this is to ensure your confidentiality.

Payments are processed safely & securely using facilities provided by Secure Trading - your credit card details are never stored on our databases.

Orders are normally dispatched next day once payment has been approved. If there is a delay we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you further. We reserve the right to cancel an order without prior notice.

3. Product Offers

Our offers are subject to availability and valid for a period of time clearly shown on website. Newly calculated prices for our offers are immediately shown in your shopping basket. Unless otherwise stated our offers are exclusive of delivery charges.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you can do so at any time by contacting us with your order reference provided that the status of an order is not shown to be dispatched in which case you must follow our returns policy.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If for what ever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order you can return it for a refund provided we receive your package within 14 days of date of dispatch. Refunds for returned orders later than this will be at our own discretion.

Please secure your order using suitable and adequate packaging as we may refuse to or reduce amount to refund for an item(s) returned opened or damaged. We accept no responsibility for your order until we receive receipt of package. Please retain a proof of posting.

Our refund to you covers the price of the item(s) you have returned. To prevent a delay of your refund, please include your order reference with your correspondance. Refunds are normally made within 3 days.

To exchange an item please follow our returns policy above with a note you want an exchange.

6. Agreement

These terms & conditions represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of the website. By using the website you are in agreement of these terms & conditions.
