Your Account

You are free to create an account although you do not neither need an account nor to use one to purchase our products. However, in some instances an account may be required to use one of our services, for example to review a product.

You accept responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your account password and that it remains secret and that no unauthorised access is permitted. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account and the use of it's password.

You must inform us if you believe, or are lead to believe that your password has been discovered or otherwise compromised. You must maintain that your personal details for your account are correct and up to date.

We may review and edit as appropriate your content submitted to our site first before we publish your content. We reserve the right to refuse to publish and to remove submitted content without prior notice.

Pricing & Orders

The prices payable for products are clearly shown on site, inclusive of Vat; please note however prices shown are exclusive of delivery costs.

The prices of these products may change since going to press and you should check our site to find the latest price that applies to the product of your interest.

All products are subject to availability. Non availability is normally shown next to each product and when attempting to add an item(s) to your basket but if this is not possible we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of any delay.

Currently we only accept orders from the UK and only then where customer details are correct and complete.

Payment is at the time of an order and not necessarily at the time of dispatch - this is to ensure your confidentiality.

Privacy Policy

Your Data

We treat all your data with strict confidentiality only accessible from a secure location.

We log your IP Address when you create an account with us, when you contact us and when you make a purchase. Your IP Address is also logged as a matter of course as you browse our site.

We use your IP Address as an aid to track movements through out our site.

We do not use Cookies on our site in any way as we have elected to use logs as a basis of data analysis instead to track our visitors movements.

Unless stated, we do not share your data with third parties nor use your data for marketing purposes.

In some instances our trusted partners may require use of your data, such as your email address to provide our newsletter services for example.

You are not automatically opted in to use any of our services; you must yourself opt in first in which case we also provide the means to opt out if you wish.

Data Protected Act

We comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that your data is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.

You may request access to your data at any time in writing whereby we will first contact you to confirm your request for security reasons. If you are unable to reasonably prove to us who you say you are we will not release any data to you.

You may also request that we correct any piece of data that is in error in which case we will do so.
