Information for use of our products

Our Products

We comply fully with UK laws in regards to our products whereby our products are certified as suitable and safe for consumer use by independently controlled laboratories according to our laws.

Our product descriptions, packaging and ingredients are described as specified by law with full INCI names. So you know what is going on your skin we provide English names for our ingredients on every product description page on our web site.

All our products have a unique batch number so we can quickly and easily track the complete history of a product from the moment the ingredients were delivered to when the product was made.

Skin Irratation

Our products that do use essential oils do not exceed the maximum 3% allowed and are suitably dilluted with carrier oils.

To reduce the possibility of an irratation, we suggest you perform a patch test; the best area to patch test is on the soft tissue on the inside of your elbow as this area has a higher degree of sensitivity.

If you find that one of our products causes an irratation, stop using it and seek medical advice as you may have an allergy towards one of the essential oils.

Allergies

As some of our products use nut oils there is always a small possibility that one of our products may not be suitable for nut allergy sufferers.

Safety Issues

Although essential oils are generally safe and have beneficial qualities they can be potent and have been known to inhibit prescribed medication.

Please take note of the following points if they apply to you

  • you have an illness or medical condition

  • suffer from high blood pressure

  • using prescribed medication

  • if you are pregnant

In such cases you should seek professional medical advice first prior to using any product that is made from or contains essential oils.
